★ Our tour begins by passing local farming communities, pausing to enjoy dramatic views of the Great Rift Valley viewpoint on the way, to enjoy the amazing views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. Moving on to scenic Kenyan and Maasai vistas, we will descend to the Savannah, home to immense herds of wildlife. View, photograph or simply soak up this ancient landscape.
★ Arrival and Check-in at hotel with Lunch
★ Have an Evening Game Drive. Here it's possible to spot the Big 5 feeding, grazing or hunting. Maasai Mara is quite classic when it comes to evening game drives. Scorched grasslands, occasional wildlife spotting, sweeping expanses, and sunset combine to create a dreamy storybook setting for you.
★ Be on the lookout for elephants, gazelles, giraffes, warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, lions, cheetahs, and leopards, if you're lucky. You return to your lodge at sunset in time for dinner. Returning to your tented camp after enjoying the colorful East Africa sunset.
★ Dinner and Maasai dance entertainment
Day 2 Itinerary
★ Breakfast at the hotel
★ Half day Morning Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. The wildlife is usually more active during these times of the day also. The plan is for us to catch some of the morning hunters. You'll find no distracting fleets at this time of day; only views upon views, wildlife, and an ambience beyond belief.
★ Served hot buffet Lunch at the hotel
★ Visit to a Maasai village in the afternoon. Meet the most prolific tribe in East Africa - the Maasai, during a visit to a traditional Maasai village for cultural tours. Songs, dances, colorful beadwork, and more songs and dances! Time spent with Maasai people introduce you to the unique, beautiful and somewhat surprising way of life of this nomadic warrior tribe.
★ Back to the Lodge, refresh and buffet Dinner is served.
Day 3 Itinerary
★ Check out from hotel with breakfast at 10 am;
★ Departure for Tsavo West National Park where we expect to experience the diverse habitats, open plains alternating with savannah bush and semi desert scrubs; acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops. We are likely to spot Elephants, fringe-eared Oryx, Giraffe, gerenuk, hunter's hartebeest, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Caracal, Hyena among others.
★ Check in at the hotel with Late Lunch
★ Settle refresh and head for an evening game drive, best time to catch large herds and groups of animals headed for different waterpoints and others resting under trees and shrubs, this gives the chance to really take time to identify an animal while they are still
★ Back to the hotel, refresh, buffet dinner is served with an overnight
Day 4 Itinerary
★ Breakfast at the hotel
★ Morning Game drive at Tsavo West National Park. It is at this time that most animals are out and about finding pastures. And are more active hence the likelihood to get a head-on action of hunting in their natural habitat.
★ Hot buffet lunch is served back at the hotel
★ Afternoon Heritage tour of the World war 1 at The Taita Hills Museum.
★ Back to the hotel, dinner is served
Day 5 Itinerary
★; Early Check out with Breakfast at the hotel
★; Departure for Amboseli National Park where we will spend our day in a park romantically situated in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Relax and enjoy this idyllic African scene as we wind our way to Amboseli Park.
★; Within a few hours we will arrive and start the adventure.
★; Extensive game drive at the Park where we are likely to see the famous and tremendous variety of big game - an excellent place to view huge herds of Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Wildebeest, Giraffes and Baboons. With Mt. Kilimanjaro as our background, you'll see the herds of protected elephants, many sporting immense ivory tusks.
★; Departure back to Nairobi. Having taken in the best of Amboseli, we head back to the highway and to the capital city of Nairobi, arriving in the evening.
